A dedicated Dubai desk within PJRJ
PJRJ Dubai Desk is the UAE licensing, FTA, and India-remittance file — not a trade-licence kiosk. Indian founders use it to choose mainland versus free zone versus offshore against customers, visas, and FEMA ODI (an FZCO is usually unlisted equity, not OPI and not an LRS holiday code), then keep UAE VAT and corporate tax on the same calendar as Form 15CA/CB for royalties, FTS, and dividends. A Delhi or Gurgaon partner leads; UAE corporate-service and tax partners sign what must be signed in the Emirates.
DED or free-zone authority, establishment card, visa quota, Emirates ID, FTA VAT, corporate tax, ESR, and UBO are different clocks on one licence. Banking KYC often stalls after the licence prints. India-side ODI reporting and APR do not start because a formation agent collected share capital. This desk sequences those papers so the FTA return, the AD-bank ODI form, and the 15CA characterisation are the same story — see /guides/odi-dubai-fzco-from-india and /guides/dubai-mainland-vs-free-zone-from-india.

Yes. We scope mainland versus free zone, prepare the document pack, and coordinate trade licence, visas, banking KYC, and FTA registrations with UAE partners.
No. There is no PJRJ walk-in office in the Emirates. The Dubai Desk is partner-led from Delhi (A-34, Street NO.-3, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059) and Gurgaon (115B, 1st Floor, Vipul Business Park, Sector 48, Gurgaon - 122001). UAE corporate-service and tax partners file with DET, the free zones, and the FTA. Phone +91-8882913461 or email pjrjandassociates@gmail.com for the India-side partner who owns your file.

UAE filings and India tax on one file
Licence, FTA, banking, and India tax positions stay on the same file — not a loose chain of referrals.
Mainland and free zone, fact-led
We recommend the vehicle after mapping customers, owners, visa need, and Qualifying Free Zone Person risk — not a brochure package.
FTA calendar, not only incorporation
VAT, corporate tax, ESR, UBO, and licence renewal are tracked after the trade licence is issued.
India DTAA and FEMA in the room
A Dubai company does not switch off Indian tax. Treaty, PE, 15CA/CB, and ODI sit with the same partner.
UAE partners, India partner-led
Local filings are executed in the UAE. Scope, numbers, and India group reporting are owned in Delhi and Gurgaon.
Transparent engagement
Written scope, what the UAE partner files, and what PJRJ reviews — before you start.

Dubai & UAE FAQs
Setup, FTA filings, and India cross-border questions.
It follows the activity. Trading and import-export usually need a commercial or trade licence; consultancy and specialised services a professional licence; manufacturing an industrial licence; travel, tours and hospitality a tourism licence. Mainland licences are issued by Dubai Economy and Tourism; free zones issue their own. PJRJ maps the activity before papers are filed.
No. A free-zone company is licensed to operate under that zone’s rules and can usually sponsor visas. An offshore company is typically a holding or international vehicle and generally cannot trade onshore in the UAE. UAE corporate tax, UBO registers, banking KYC, and India FEMA still need a facts check — an offshore licence is not a tax holiday.
Yes. We coordinate partner/investor visas on the licence, employee residence visas against the quota, Emirates ID and medical steps with UAE partners, and the India-side tax residence story. Immigration stamping is executed locally. Thresholds and categories (including Golden Visa tracks) change — we confirm the live ICP/GDRFA list for your file.
No. Mandatory FTA VAT registration generally applies once taxable supplies reach the published threshold (historically AED 375,000), with a lower voluntary threshold. Import, export, and designated-zone supplies need a separate check.
Most UAE businesses now fall under federal corporate tax administered by the FTA. Registration, a return after the financial year, and records that match the licence activity are typical. Reliefs and free-zone treatments are fact-specific.
No. Indian residents remain taxable on worldwide income unless a specific exemption applies. Treaty relief, PE analysis, FEMA ODI, and Form 15CA/CB still apply.
