SG desk · Company Tax
Company tax is an IRAS file, not an ACRA file. Estimated charge / GIRO instalments may apply during the year. CPF is a separate payday track if you have Singapore employees.
IRAS tracks we keep on one calendar
Company tax return
Lodge after year-end. Agent-linked files often have different due dates from self-lodgers. Computations should match the accounts.
estimated tax / GIRO
Corporate tax instalments in year via estimated charge / GIRO. Missing them costs general-interest charge even if the return is still open.
CPF and withholding
Singapore employees need CPF / payroll filings reporting on or before payday, plus IRAS and MOM filings as required.
Individuals with Singapore income
India-resident owners with Singapore salary, dividends, or rent may still have a personal IRAS filing. We coordinate that with the India ITR.
What we typically deliver
- Company-tax diary from the financial year-end
- estimated charge tracker on the GST return calendar
- Computations aligned to the accounts
- CPF support where there is Singapore payroll
- India ITR and treaty-credit notes for the same year
IRAS lodgements that must be signed locally are executed with Singapore tax partners. PJRJ prepares the numbers and keeps India reporting aligned.
Singapore Corporate Tax FAQs
They are corporate-tax instalments during the year (estimated charge / GIRO). They are not the same as the year-end company tax return. Missing an instalment can cost interest even if the return is still open.
We coordinate CPF reporting, journals, and the payday calendar with a Singapore payroll or accounting partner. CPF still has to reach the IRAS on or before payday.
