“CA firm in Delhi” is a search, not a service. The useful question is which partner owns GST versus statutory audit versus Form 15CA, whether you can sit in Uttam Nagar or Sector 48, and how fees are scoped when the file is messy. PJRJ is a boutique ICAI practice established in 2013 — partners trained at PwC and Deloitte — not a filing shop that rents a Connaught Place address for Google Maps.
Delhi office: A-34, Street NO.-3, Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059. Gurgaon office: 115B, 1st Floor, Vipul Business Park, Sector 48, Gurgaon - 122001. Phone / WhatsApp: +91-8882913461. Email: pjrjandassociates@gmail.com. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (IST). Work is led from these two rooms with pan-India remote delivery. We do not invent a third NCR office.
How this page differs
- Firm-level map for “CA firm Delhi” — both offices and all desks — not a single-service Gurgaon landing competing with itself.
- Named practice desks (audit, GST, income tax, company law, advisory, payroll, international tax, seven country desks) instead of a generic “all CA services” paragraph.
- Fees and timelines only after an engagement letter — no “starting at ₹X” directory bait.
Who this is for
- West Delhi and Dwarka-corridor SMEs who want a CA they can reach in Uttam Nagar without a South Delhi waiting lounge
- Gurugram companies that want Sector 48 meetings and the same partner on GST, tax audit, and ROC
- Groups that need statutory audit and GST under one engagement tracker
- Founders who also need Dubai, UK, Singapore, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or US coordination from India
- Finance teams that prefer partner review and UDIN-backed certificates over call-centre ITR
How we work
- 01
Name the desks, not a slogan
Audit, GST, income tax, company law, BPO, payroll, or an overseas market — we assign a lead partner and a document list, not a bundled “retainer mystery”.
- 02
Put clocks on one tracker
GSTR-1/3B, TDS quarters, ITR, AOC-4/MGT-7, and any FEMA or 15CA items sit on the same calendar so one deadline does not ambush another.
- 03
File with partner review
Returns, audit reports, and certificates go out with CA oversight. WhatsApp and phone are the published number on business days — not a rotating BPO queue.
What you receive
- Partner-assigned engagement for the desks you actually need
- Domestic compliance calendars (GST, ITR, TDS, ROC as scoped)
- Optional international desk coordination with local filing partners
- Written scope and fee in an engagement letter before work starts
Two offices, two catchments — one firm
The Delhi office is in Rajapuri, Uttam Nagar, West Delhi (110059). That is a West Delhi catchment: Janakpuri, Dwarka, Najafgarh, Vikaspuri, Tilak Nagar, and the owners who will not cross the city for a 20-minute GST query. It is not a Connaught Place prestige address and we do not pretend it is. Clients who need a boardroom still use it; clients who need a notary-and-DSC afternoon use it more.
The Gurgaon office is 115B, first floor, Vipul Business Park, Sector 48 (122001), on the Sohna Road / Southern Peripheral Road side of Gurugram. Cyber City CFOs, Golf Course professional firms, and Manesar manufacturers use it as the NCR meeting point when Uttam Nagar is the wrong direction. GST for those clients is usually a Haryana GSTIN (06); the Delhi office still leads many West Delhi 07 GSTINs. The firm is the same; the State code on the registration is not.
We will meet at either office. We will not open a “third branch” on a landing page to capture another locality keyword. Neighbourhood pages exist only for Uttam Nagar and Sector 48 because that is where the rooms are.
What the desks actually do (and what they refuse)
Audit covers Companies Act statutory audit, tax audit, internal / concurrent / surprise / mystery programmes, stock verification, and forensic when the numbers do not explain themselves. GST covers registration, GSTR-1/3B/9/9C, GSTR-2B, advisory, and litigation through GSTAT with High Court via advocates. Income tax covers ITR, TDS, VDA/crypto compliance, scrutiny, and ITAT. Company law covers SPICe+ / FiLLiP and ROC/board support — we do not sign Form MR-3 Secretarial Audit; a PCS does, and we say so. Advisory covers Virtual CFO, valuation, due diligence, and BPO. Payroll is a separate desk (EPF, ESI, PT, Form 16). International tax covers TP, 15CA/CB, treaties, and FEMA coordination. Seven country desks (Dubai, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Singapore) coordinate local accountants; PJRJ does not pretend to be a UAE corporate-service agent or a UK statutory auditor.
That map is how you should brief us. “Do everything cheap” is not a brief. If you need only GSTR-3B, say so. If you need statutory audit plus GST plus a Dubai free-zone licence, say so — the files share facts but they are not one junior’s weekend.
When to open which PJRJ desk — not a menu of invented prices.
| If your problem is… | Open this desk | Do not expect… |
|---|---|---|
| Haryana GSTIN, 2B, Gurugram notices | GST (Gurgaon meeting / Delhi hub) | A Delhi 07 GSTIN to “cover” Sector 48 |
| Companies Act audit or 44AB / tax audit | Audit | A UDIN on a file we have not tested |
| ITR, TDS, scrutiny, VDA | Income tax | A DIY calculator or a public rate card |
| SPICe+, AOC-4, MGT-7 | Company law | A CA-signed MR-3 Secretarial Audit |
| Books, MIS, AP/AR | Advisory / BPO | US CPA signing authority from India |
| EPF / ESI / payroll TDS | Payroll & HR | Labour-law litigation as a hidden extra |
| 15CA/CB, ODI, DTAA | International tax | An RBI compounding order sold as a product |
| UAE / UK / US / SG entity | The named country desk | PJRJ staff signing foreign statutory accounts |
How fees, clocks, and appearances actually work
Fees are scoped after we see entity type, GSTIN count, turnover band, audit history, and whether notices are already live. Recurring GST/TDS is usually a monthly or quarterly engagement; statutory audit and tax audit are year-end engagements; 15CA/CB and registration are task-based. We put the number in an engagement letter. We do not publish “ITR from ₹X” or “company registration packages” that go stale the week MCA fees change.
Clocks we will talk about in the first call, without freezing a marketing SLA: GSTIN after a complete pack and officer queries (often a few working days when the POB file is clean; longer when verification is ordered). GSTR-1/3B on the statutory due dates — we need books before those dates, not on them. Tax audit and statutory audit fieldwork vs reporting depend on trial-balance readiness, not on “before Diwali” as a slogan. ITR depends on Form 16, AIS, and whether capital gains or foreign assets exist. ROC annual filings follow the AGM / 60-day / 30-day machinery in the Companies Act — we will not invent a shorter private deadline.
Appearances: GST hearings follow the range printed on your GSTIN and notice (Delhi or Haryana). Income-tax scrutiny follows the jurisdictional Assessing Officer. ITAT for Delhi-NCR files is typically the Delhi benches; we do not invent a “Uttam Nagar tribunal.” NCLT (company law / IBC coordination) is the relevant bench for the registered office. High Court and Supreme Court work goes through advocates — CAs do not pretend to be AoRs.
What a first year with PJRJ looks like (anonymised, not trophies)
A West Delhi manufacturer came for “stock audit for the bank” and left with a physical-verification programme that also cleaned the GST e-way vs books gap the bank’s inspector would have found anyway. A Sector 48 LLP came for GST registration on a coworking address; we stopped the filing until the leave-and-licence named the LLP — the officer visit then closed. A Gurugram founder wanted a UK Ltd “this week”; we sequenced Companies House after FEMA ODI / 15CA facts were on paper so the remittance did not bounce. An NRI selling Delhi property needed buyer TDS under section 195 and a 15CA/CB pack for repatriation — not an ITR-2 filed in isolation.
None of those stories include a fabricated saving figure. If another CA site shows “saved ₹47 lakh for a Gurgaon client,” treat it as advertising. We will tell you where the risk is and what the filing contains.
- Partner on the scoping call — not a closer who hands you to an unnamed team.
- One published phone and WhatsApp number for the firm.
- UDIN on certificates and reports that require it.
- Written no on MR-3, on foreign statutory-audit signing, and on crypto investment advice.
- International work only with local partners for filings that must be signed abroad.
Who should pick someone else
If you need a same-hour GSTIN on a virtual address, a CA who will sign MR-3, a published menu of ITR prices, or a firm that will backdate books for a loan, PJRJ is the wrong firm. If you need a named partner, two real NCR rooms, and desks that will refuse the shortcut in writing, start with the contact form or the number above.

Yes. Work is led from Delhi and Gurgaon with remote delivery across India, plus overseas coordination through local partners on the country desks.
