  • PAN Card of the Trust/Society/Section 8 Company
  • Registration Certificate (Trust Deed/Society Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation)
  • Trust Deed / Bye-laws / Certificate of Incorporation (as applicable)
  • Self-certified copy of document evidencing adoption/modification of objects (if any)
  • List of trustees/members/directors with PAN, Aadhaar, and address details
  • Details of activities carried out by the organization (note/brochure)
  • Audited financial statements for the last 1–3 years (or since inception, if newer)
  • Bank account statement of the organization
  • Existing registration details under 12A/12AA (for re-registration under 12AB)
  • Existing 80G registration details (if applicable)
  • Details of FCRA registration (if applicable)
  • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of authorized signatory (for online filing of Form 104/105 under the Income-tax Act, 2025)
