  • Certificate of Incorporation / Partnership Deed / LLP Agreement (as applicable)
  • List of directors/partners with address and contact details
  • List of food category desired to be manufactured/processed/sold
  • Layout plan of the processing unit (with dimensions and equipment placement)
  • List of machinery and equipment with installed capacity
  • Source of raw materials (for manufacturing units)
  • Water testing report from a recognized/public health laboratory
  • Recall plan (where applicable)
  • Food safety management system plan/certificate (e.g., GMP/HACCP, if applicable)
  • NOC from municipality/local body (if applicable)
  • Form IX – Nomination of persons by a company along with Board Resolution
