Registering a partnership firm in India requires partner KYC, a firm PAN application, registered office proof, and a partnership deed prepared by your PJRJ advisor. Required Documents

  • PAN Card of all partners
  • Aadhaar Card of all partners
  • Passport-size photographs of all partners
  • Identity proof of all partners (Voter ID/Passport/Driving License)
  • Address proof of all partners
  • Brief on business objectives, profit-sharing, and partner roles (partnership deed to be prepared by the professional team)
  • PAN application for the firm (Form 94 under the Income-tax Act, 2025)
  • Proof of registered office: Utility bill + Rent agreement/NOC or ownership proof
  • Specimen signature of partners
  • (Optional) Registration with Registrar of Firms — affidavit and application form as per state requirements
