- Passport-size photographs of trustees
- Identity proof of trustees and settlor
- Address proof of trustees and settlor
- Details of registered office/address of the trust
- Proof of registered office address (utility bill + NOC or ownership proof)
- Objects/purpose of the trust (charitable/religious) — trust deed to be prepared by the professional team
- Details of settlor's contribution (corpus fund)
- Photographs of trustees and settlor at the time of registration (some Sub-Registrar offices require this)
- Two witnesses with their ID and address proof (for deed registration)
